Survival
I grew up in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. My grandmother, Nattie Mae, came from Robeline. My mother raised three children on her own. I learned strength early. I also learned to never stop moving.
I started in modeling, then became an executive assistant to a serial entrepreneur. For more than ten years I helped build and market ventures across industries. I was good at it. I was also running on the version of me that was built to get through.
Level 2Awareness
Then I saw the pattern. Things would go well, and I would pull back. Money would come in, and it would leave. I could build for everyone else and still hide when it was my turn to be seen.
Level 3Breaking
Breaking it was not graceful. I had to grieve who I had been before I knew who I was becoming. That is the part most personal growth skips. It is also the part that makes change stick.
Level 4Becoming
I learned to feel safe succeeding. Safe being seen. Safe staying. The way I got there became the method: Decompress, Diagnose, Bridge, Become.
Level 5Expansion
Now I build from a different place. I founded Syrvera, a strategy firm for founders. I wrote Unbreakable Grace. Since 2022 I've led youth leadership work for girls. And I created Levels so women who build don't have to figure this out alone.
I don't have a college degree. I learned by building, breaking and building again.
