The five levels
Every woman who builds is living on a level. Each one asks something different of you. Knowing yours is how you stop repeating it.
Survival
How it feels
You're productive but depleted. You react instead of choose. You're running on the version of you that was built to get through.
What it asks of you
Decompress. Make space before you try to change anything.
Awareness
How it feels
You see the pattern. The same cycle keeps showing up in money, love, work and how you treat yourself, and you can finally name it.
What it asks of you
Diagnose. Find where the pattern started and what it's been costing you.
Breaking
How it feels
You start interrupting it. It's uncomfortable. You're grieving who you've been before you fully know who you're becoming.
What it asks of you
Bridge. Build the new identity on purpose instead of falling back into the old one.
Becoming
How it feels
You're practicing the new you. You're learning to feel safe succeeding, safe being seen and safe staying.
What it asks of you
Become. Practice until it stops being the exception and becomes your normal.
Expansion
How it feels
You live from it, lead from it and give from it. Growth stops feeling like a threat and starts feeling like home.
What it asks of you
Build what outlasts you, and make room for others to rise.
The method
The levels describe where you are. The method is how you move. It's the same four steps at every level.
Decompress
Make space before you make changes. You can't see a pattern you're too busy to notice.
Diagnose
Find which version of you has been running the show, and what it has cost you.
Bridge
Build the identity your next level requires. On purpose, not by default.
Become
Practice it until it stops being the exception and becomes who you are.
Questions
What is Levels?
Levels is a framework for women who build. It names five levels people move through, from Survival to Expansion, and a four-part method for moving between them: Decompress, Diagnose, Bridge, Become.
How do I know what level I'm on?
Take the free Levels Assessment. It's ten questions and takes about three minutes. Your results show your level, the area holding you there and your next step.
Can I be on different levels in different parts of my life?
Yes. Most people are. You might be in Becoming at work and in Survival with rest or money. That's why the assessment also names the one area holding you back the most.
Is this business coaching?
No. Levels is about the person doing the building. If you need business strategy, that's what Syrvera is for.
Do I have to start at Level 1?
No. You start where you are. Pattern to Purpose is built for Levels 1 to 3, and the Levels program is built for Levels 3 to 5.
